"Braido usa una tecnica molto peculiare e articolata della mano destra ,che, insieme a un grande senso del fraseggio, danno un suono caratteristico ai suoi assoli 'soaring' ,presenti in molti grandi dischi sia in Italia che all'estero."
Inizia all’età di 4 anni a suonare la batteria da autodidatta, diplomandosi successivamente in teoria e solfeggio.
Verso i 12 anni inizia a suonare chitarra e basso sempre da autodidatta assorbendo tutta la Musica che poteva ascoltare.
Dopo un breve viaggio a Boston e New York, fatto di molte Jam-sessions con personaggi chiave della storia del Jazz mondiale, torna in Italia e inizia a lavorare professionalmente.
Suona tutti i tipi di chitarra, basso elettrico, batteria e percussioni. Le sue chitarre sono presenti in molti cd e dvd di artisti come Vasco Rossi, Mina, e molti altri, sull'ultimo cd di Marcus Miller "Marcus" ed altri meno conosciuti.
Inoltre è stato in tour con molti protagonisti della scena pop e rock italiana.
Ha suonato in molte importanti jam-sessions (e con alcuni registrato in studio e in tour) come: Frank Gambale, Marcus Miller, Lincoln Goines, T.M. Stevens, Jean Marc Jafet, e molti altri!
Come musicista di alcune orchestre utilizzate in programmi Rai, ha suonato con vari ospiti internazionali come Liza Minelli, Lenny Krawitz, Randy Crawdord,Dionne Warwick e altri.
Tra tourneè e altri impegni personali (stage,sessions) ha suonato in Germania, Austria, Rep.Ceca, Ungheria, Spagna, Portogallo, Belgio, Olanda, Estonia, Unione Sovietica, quasi tutto il Sud America, Inghilterra (Londra).
E' considerato da molti come uno dei piu' talentuosi e versatili chitarristi in circolazione. Dopo essere stato attivo per molti anni come session-man ha iniziato a proporre progetti propri (ormai da molto tempo).
Ha all' attivo 11 albums tra cui "Sensazioni nel Tempo" 2006/"Braidus in Funk" 2007/"Jazz Garden & Friends" 2008 e il nuovo "Latin Braidus" uscito la scorsa settimana comprendente vari ospiti tra cui Marcus Miller,Andrea Innesto,Francesco Corvino e anche nuovi talenti come Miky Uli,con edizioni RAITRADE e Distribuzione Self label Videoradio, inoltre 2 dvd didattici per la Playgame con distribuzione nuova Carish.
Alcune riviste tra le più importanti del settore gli hanno dedicato la copertina più di una volta.

Andrea Braido started playing drums at 4 years of age as a self-taught. He later earned a diploma in music theory and solfege. At 12, he started playing guitar and bass,again as a self-taught,while earnestly listening and absorbing all the music he could. After a brief stay in Boston and New York,where he met and had jam-sessions with leading musicians of the international jazz scene,he then returned to Italy where he started working professionally. He plays all kind of guitars,basses,drums and percussion. His guitar work is present in many cd's and dvd's by artists such as Vasco Rossi,Mina,and many others,such as the the latest cd by Marcus Miller,and other lesser-known artists. He also toured with many leading artists of the pop and rock italian scene. He has had many noteworthy jam-sessions with international artists (and with some artists he has recorded in the studio and on tour) such as:Frank Gambale, Marcus Miller, Lincoln Goines, T.M. Stevens, Jean Marc Jafet, and many others! He has played in various orchestras for the Italian TV channel RAI and with various internationally known artists such as Liza Minnelli,Lenny Kravitz, Randy Crawford,Dionne Warwick and others. Between touring and personal projects,both live and studio ,Andrea Braido has given concerts in Germany,Czeh Republic,Hungary,Spain,Portugal,Belgium,Holland,Estonia,former USSR,almost everywhere in South America,England (London).
He is considered by many as one of the most talented and versatile guitarist around today.
After having played for many years as a session-man,he has also made his own solo projects and albums (which he has now done for a long time).
