Andrea Caro has spent a lifetime in music.
From learning classical piano at the age of four, obstinately refusing advice that her fingers were too small, to her sell-out show headlining San Francisco's Great American Music Hall, music has been, and continues to be the constant major force in Andrea's life.
After studying music at Kingsway College, she spent every last penny she had on a 1973 Fender Rhodes electric piano and started writing her own material in 1996. She has toured extensively across London, playing everywhere from The Garage & Islington's Hope & Anchor to The Borderline & Ronnie Scott's.
A three month tour of America's West Coast included an appearance as guest vocalist with a local freestyle hip-hop artist, and culminated in her band headlining San Francisco's Great American Music Hall's monthly showcase of the best emerging talent.
In 2001, Andrea scored and sound designed her first film project - the award-winning short 'The Note', and has since created an extensive body of work targeted specifically for scoring film and TV. Some of this music is available to listen to on the Music page of her website. Please use the link below.
