Andrea C. Parker is a singer/songwriter, who serves with her husband in music ministry. She is the mother of two terrific kids. She began writing and singing at a young age, and was encouraged to write songs while serving and working at a church, in NYC. Andrea has been blessed to have songs recorded, that have been played and sold worldwide. Her passion for music and her love for Jesus pour out in each song she writes and sings.
As a worship leader for women’s conferences, Andrea, has had the privilege of sharing not only in music, but also in testimony. She encourages women with hope, laughter, and even tears. Andrea is not a stranger to the struggles of motherhood, ministry, and the quiet questions of doubt we all battle. She shares how through her “crisis of faith” she found a God with open arms, who shows mercy and grace.
Her determination to “Keep the Focus” lead her to start a blog by that name at www.andreacparker.blogspot.com. Here she shares her life, good, bad, and mostly embarrassingly funny. Her blogs has been featured in the Women Of Faith Magazine, and Transparent Christian Magazine.
Andrea is currently recording her first CD to be released in early fall of 2008.
Andrea is available for worship services, women’s events, retreats, weddings and funerals. She has a diverse music repertoire including hymns, praise and worship, contemporary Christian songs, and originals. She has also written songs, upon request, for weddings, and other events.
