I am a New York based actress/comedienne who was crowned 'America's Funniest Mom' on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
I perform regularly on the stand-up circuit throughout the tri-state area and at such New York clubs as Caroline's, The Comedy Village, The Broadway Comedy club, and any bar or synagogue I can get to by taxi.
My one-woman show "Sometimes Over The Summer" was greeted with hit reviews and performed at: The John Houseman Theatre, The 78th Street Theatre Lab, and at The Midtown International Theatre Festival.
I performed in the Off- Broadway hit "Grandma Sylvia's Funeral for 3 1/2 yrs. as the published author and noted psychologist Dr. Rachel.
I have also performed in numerous plays at Lincoln Center, The Ensemble Studio Theatre, and The Alley Theatre.
My first job in show business was as a magicain's assistant 'Miss Faffofnick' where I perfromed the 'Zig-Zag Lady' trick ( being sawed in half while standing up). A trick I excelled at.
