Hi there! My name is Andreas Rossatti - simply call me "Rossi" if you want. Raised and rocked in Singen, the very south of Germany, I have found my passion in playing guitar. Since 2002 I am the guitarist of the rockband Acoustical South. Before that I played with Rea Garvey from REAMONN in the Irish Pubs of south Germany. What else? Winning an award as the best instrumentalist at the age of 22 in a huge band-contest, been on tour with Die Besten, B.B.Band, Richard James, now with Acoustical South. Studio musician for Stefan Waggershausen, Mike Lindauer, Edmund Edler, guitar parts for the computer-game Warcraft...Hope you like my stuff! My band Acoustical South: Five great guys with the love for the passion of modern rocksongs and highly moving ballads - no matter if plugged or unplugged - found together deep in the south of Germany, with their backs to the border of Switzerland. Very successful support-shows for stars like Melissa Etheridge, INXS, Gary Moore, the Italian superstar ZUCCHERO or the outstanding German superstar NENA make it easy to see: Look out for THE SOUTH, it is worth it. The band has already launched four albums and two maxi-singles. The new album "ESCAPE TO VICTORY" is out since October 2010, released via BELLAPHON. ACOUSTICAL SOUTH is also featured on the US Sampler "Akustika Vol.10" which was released via 272Records, Hollywood, CA.

The band formed in 2002 and has already launched three albums and two maxi-singles. Since May 2008 our third album LOST is available on iTunes, napster, musicload, amazon, etc. Our tours included support-shows for stars like Gary Moore, Melissa Etheridge, Calexico, INXS, the Italian superstar ZUCCHERO or NENA. The new album "Escape to Victory" of ACOUSTICAL SOUTH is out since late September 2010, released through BELLAPHON.
