Is educated as drummer and percussionist, and he once performed with the Geneva band, Goz of Kermeur. Therefore, he toured all around Europe while recording CD's. In 1995, he starts his solo career as an electronic musician under the name of "A.L.S.O.". He performed not only in Europe but also in Asia like in Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan and China. Furthermore, he created sonar spaces for dance and theater companies and also for the Swiss Universal Exhibition (Expo 02). His deep interest in creating relations and exchange with other artists led him to create a digital arts festival which welcomes artists from every part of Europe as well as Taiwan and China to join.
His background as a drummer allows him to produce an energetic and lively atmosphere with a lot of interactions with the public and it has had a lot of influence on his compositions. The rhythm plays importance great influence on his creations. He uses repetition and superposition of beats that can express a deep and inner movement. The creation of this inner world allows other collaborating artists to express their own creations. His work as a computer musician also focuses on the role of "the artist" performing with a machine. It's not only the machine that can produce sounds because through the performing artist, the audience can enjoy a performance with a soul, which a machine can never do.
