Born on the banks of the Chappa-keepie river some 33 long cool summers ago, Andre Bowbergene became fascinated as a young boy with the rythms and movements of his native people. Along with his twin kid sisters, Christobel and P'oppette, he would listen intently for hours to the tales of lost love and longing the elder members of his muted but friendly family would bring to "talking place" each night at sunset.
At the age of 17, he moved to a small farming town not far from Halibaster. Where he was once again magically influenced by the work of Mr J Wrong-Flower, a mystical man of no real haircut. It was at this point he decided to give up on a life of habitual hat wearing and embark on a carreer no less hazardous. that of a travelling troubadour. Forsaking all his fortune he had made from the great elastic scandal, he joined a pick up band somewhere out on I-95 and left his old self behind.
Listed here is just a small selection of Bowbergene tunes, or "Bowber-blues" as they have laughingly become known. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have.
