Music (metal and hard rock), movies (mainly sci-fi, comedies, fantasy and horror), comic books and related artwork and media, riding my motorcycle, rollerblading, and TV (I'm a reality junkie).
KISS, Journey, Helloween, Queen, Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Judas Priest, Van Halen (Roth years!), King Diamond, The Beatles, Masterplan, The Police, The Cult, Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi, Audioslave, Y&T, A Perfect Circle, Motley Crue, Alice In Chains, Dokken, Ozzy, Trivium, Alice Cooper, John Sykes, Velvet Revolver, Evergrey, Dream Theater, Styx, Blue Murder, Whitesnake, Duran Duran, Stone Temple Pilots, Prince, Badlands, Lenny Kravitz, Billy Idol, Night Ranger, Earth Wind & Fire, Yngwie Malmsteen, Lynch Mob, Kansas, Thin Lizzy, Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard, Ratt, Aerosmith, Twisted Sister, Cinderella, Dio, H.I.M., Lacuna Coil, Megadeth, Mercyful Fate, S.O.D., and much, MUCH more. I dig pretty much any top 40 hit from the 80's, I'm a product of that decade. I also have a disturbing appreciation for cornball disco tunes and 70's AM classics. The more wrong it is, the more I like it. Don't ask me why, I don't know either. Oh, and Tom Jones is the MAN!!!

Books
Howard Stern: Miss America & Private Parts, Motley Crue: The Dirt, David Lee Roth: Crazy From The Heat. The majority are mostly comics and comic related graphic novels and collections. Titles include JLA, JSA, New Avengers, Green Lantern, Superman/Batman, Teen Titans, and various mini-series, specials and one-shots.
Let's see...where to begin. I'm a graphic designer by trade, I graduated from Paier College of Art in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration. I grew up immersing myself in the fantastic art and storylines of comic books. They were a form of escapism and excitement and I began my love for drawing by using these superheroes as reference. Later on in life, around 22 to be specific, I stumbled into the music world as a lead vocalist. I have always loved music since my early teens, heavy metal music in particular. Suddenly I found myself in front of live audiences doing something I never knew or dreamed I could do: singing in front of people and fronting a rock band. Since then I have accomplished some pretty cool things with my band X FACTOR X (xfactorx.com or myspace.com/xfactorx). These include sharing a stage with bands I grew up listening to (such as Queensryche, Dokken and OverKill), playing numerous shows around the East Coast, and releasing a couple of CDs which have been met with some great praise. We continue on with our original music with an eye for release of a new disc of material, as well as playing out as often as possible. I was also given the chance to tour The Netherlands in 2004 with guitar shredder JOE STUMP (joestump.com), which was something I never thought possible and a great opportunity.
I'm currently the lead vocalist for EDDIE OJEDA of TWISTED SISTER's solo band (eddieojeda.com, myspace.com/eddieojeda). We started out playing a handful of shows in 2007 and we're looking forward to many, many more in the near future!
You can also catch me pretty much every Friday or Saturday night as the frontman for either: 1. KUNG-FU GRIP (myspace.com/kfg). KFG gives me the chance to go out and play weekend warrior singing cover songs and having a blast doing it! 2. STREETS (myspace.com/streetstheband). In STREETS we tear up the stage and play the best of 80's metal, delivered loud and proud like you remember it from back in the day!
Yes, I'm a musical whore, but at least it keeps me busy.
In closing, I'll summarize by saying that I'm a fun-loving person, some might say a smartass at times (OK, most might say that..) but its all in good fun, never mean-spirited. I'm loyal to my family and friends and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Just a quick FYI: 1. I don't accept every friend request that comes my way. If you send me one, and I don't approve it, then deal with it. Don't send me some whiny e-mail bitching and moaning about it...that will just prove that I was right in not adding you in the first place anyway. It's only MySpace, some people need to get a life.
2. I don't add every band that requests either. It's very annoying to get 378,564,992 event invites for every local gig in the southern hemisphere. I'm sure you're band is good, but trust me, not having me on your friends list won't make a dent in the CD sales at your merch booth this weekend.
3. If I do know you personally, and you're not on my friends list, then there's probably a VERY good reason for that!
4. Do not take the ranking order in my Top Friends list literally. I don't rank my friends in order of importance in my life, it's just the way the page editor works.
5. The internet is meant to be entertaining, not a cesspool of cyber-drama, so let's keep it that way. Drop a comment, surf for porn, and live long and prosper.
My father on the Ted Mack Amateur Hour, August 1954. He's the best and I miss him every waking moment. Je t'aime Papa...
Who I'd like to meet: I've been lucky to meet a lot of people that I admire. As for others, I would definitely like to meet Stan Lee (Excelsior!!) Steve Perry (THE voice!), David Lee Roth (VH are nothing without him), Bruce Campbell (Ash RULES!!!), and of course....
