André Visior is undoubtedly one of the most promising DJ’s of the Electronic Music Scene.
He early developped his affection for electronic music of any kind, starting from Jean Michel Jarre over milestones like Sven Väths “Electrica Salsa” up to various styles of Club Music. The legendary clubs of the Rhine-Main-Area such as Omen and Dorian Gray, where Techno-Music came up and from where it spread it’s spirit throughout the world, obviously had a strong formative influence on the career of André Visior.
André already started to perform as DJ when he was 16 years old. He rapidly made a name in the scene, many further performances followed at small and bigger events and so he soon played in the top-clubs: Techno Club Dorian Gray, Oxa Zurich, Reaktor Buehl or Prodo X Darmstadt. Also the radio stations HR3 (famous for its “Clubnight”) and Sunshine Live, today the most successful radio station for Dance music, booked André Visior for several events.
André Visior met Ulli Brenner, an icon of the Frankfurt Dance Scene, in 2002 and performed with him for instance at the club Paramount Park in Roedermark near Frankfurt.
In the year 2002 and 2003 André also had great success as music producer. Two following singles reached the Top 50 of the German Media Control single-charts. This was followed by numerous TV appearances at VIVA, NBC Giga, RTL and MTV 2 Pop and a clubtour throughout Europe.
Nevertheless the commercial success alone was not satisfying. André always wanted to produce and present electronic music how he likes it best. One consequent step was to found the music-label “Breeze-Record” (now called: “Breathe Music”) together with his good friends and partners Tino Hufeld and Christian Stein, also known as the music-producers “Dark Moon”.
André Visior made himself respected in the Underground Trance scene with his playful and energyful sets combined with energetic beats.
2004 he was invited by Heller & Enkie to mix the „10 Years Anniversary Edition“ of the legendary „Trance Nation“-compilation series.
This compilation contained Andrés smash hit „Angels“, released by Kontor, one of the most important European dance labels. In the „Club 3001“ André Visior performed as support-act for the international star Ferry Corsten.
Finally Frankfurts DJ-legend Talla 2XLC engaged André for his reanimated Technoclub. To this day André Visior every month performs as main resident DJ at Germanys oldest-established clubnight for electronic music and the guests in the U60311 in the heart of Frankfurt exuberantly celebrate his euphoric Trance music sets.
Brilliant production e.g. with the talented young producer Carsten Stoll aca A.C. („Estatica“) and Tectonic Shift feat. André Visior („Break of Dawn“) followed.
Also the remixes for AYU („M“) or Viframa („Cristalle 2005“) made the club world prick up their ears. The DJing highlight of the year 2005 was Andrés gig at the Armada Floor at Germanys biggest outdoor-festival for electronic music: Nature One.
Instead of leaning back the popular artist went into the studio to produce one of the summer hits of 2006 with Dark Moon. „Skyline“ was played by all famous DJs like Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, ATB, Blank & Jones (in their special radio show for Lufthansa), Talla 2XLC, Eddie Halliwell, Thrillseekers or Tillmann Uhrmacher, to name a few.
The track appeared on more than 20 compilations worldwide and was in the A-rotation at radio Sunshine Live. DJ-performances on the Technoclub float at the Loveparade in Berlin and in the world-famous Lizard Lounge in Dallas (USA) rounded a very successful year.
The highlight was the election as one of the Newcomers of the year by the readers of the scene magazine “Raveline”.
In the first half of 2007 André even managed to beat his success of the previous year in cooperation with his partners Tino and Christian.
„Visior & Dark Moon – Beautiful People“ very quickly conquered the DJ-charts and the hearts of the clubbers. Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Dave Pearce, John O Callaghan, Kyau & Albert and many others played “Beautiful People” as well as “Skyline” to the extend. Massive airplay on Radio Sunshine Live and even BBC Radio 1 as well as top reviews in „DJ Mag“ (UK) or “Raveline” emphasize the success.
André will not slow down. He is working hard together with Tino and Christian to create further genius tracks. In the near future a collaboration with Breathe Music – artist Kay Stone, a new „Visior & Dark Moon“-single as well as a new „André Visior“-solo-single will conquer the international dancefloors.
André Visior will soon perform as DJ in Poland and at the unique Mondaybar Cruise in Sweden, where he will make his sound accessible to the international party community. Additionally his mixing skills will be proved every two weeks in the Technoclub radio show on Sirius Sattelite Radio in the USA. Watch out for more!
