Andrew Carrico is a young saxophonist and composer hailing from Seattle and now residing in Brooklyn. Since moving east, he has played with jazz groups at venues such as Dizzy's Club Coca Cola, The Blue Note, Sweet Rhythm, and The Garage, and with rock groups at venues such as Bowery Ballroom, Music Hall of Williamsburg, The New Museum, and Glasslands Gallery. Seeking to redefine the role of the baritone saxophone within improvised music, he draws upon the traditions of jazz, classical, and popular music to forge a musical voice that is completely his own.

ah, five over threes...my gf loves 'em! i can't play 4/4 anymore, however you should teach these new school students how to play 5/5. fifth notes are much easier in crazy math calesthenics.
After listening to your latest stuff I felt the need to add you to our top 12. That shit's got clout. no, not really. I like what I hear--that's the point. -HB
Yo dude. Brooklyn Shoes is quite sick. Excellent work. Now you just gotta work on a pair of Manhattan Leather Boots, and I can rock your shit in Zander the band. Rock!
I said it to Greg, and I'll say it to you: I got a computer that plays sounds, so now I can hear your stuff. You should compose a song about VR. And you also get a funny graphic: COOL MySpace Comments
