Danny Elfman, for being so inspiring, amazing, and diverse. For shaping the person I am today. I don't expect a lot of people to understand, but I love this man more than I love a lot of things. I love this man like I love my hopes and dreams. He means so much more to me than the lead singer of my favourite band or the composer of my favourite film scores. He is pretty much directly responsible for creating me. I would not be the Katie you know without him. When I was in my dark times, I listened to Oingo Boingo and his scores. He was the only thing keeping me alive and has been one of the few things that I know I will have for the rest of my life. He shaped the person that I am today, mostly through Oingo Boingo (so the rest of the guys get lots of credit too!). In a way, I owe him my life. I don't know if many of you know this, but I was serious about leaving this place a while back. I spent a lot of time crying over the silverware drawer because I was too scared to pick up the knife that was calling to me. So I'd be upset because I couldn't do it and I'd go listen to Boingo and it would make me smile. It would make me forget I was upset, because I had this wonderful thing in my life. It really did keep me going, and I sort of just realized it. Danny Elfman is the one person (besides you people! ^^) that has touched me in this way. He is a role model, but most of all, he is my inspiration.

Walt Disney. This is the single most amazing man to ever touch the lives of this planet. He has done SO MUCH for us, and so few people even know. He has inspired hope, laughter, and dreams into the hearts of this nation, and those of the world, too. This man never stopped living his dream, and he never stopped being an inspiration and a revolutionary. Without him, this world would NOT be what it is now, and I would not be who I am today. He gives me hope.

Mr. Bill Lewis and Mr. Tim Reeder. They are just so great. Most of you have no idea who they are, but they're really special to me. They must have had such a rough time at the expense of their employer (what with getting fired after years and years) but they stillm anage to be amazing. Also, they are seriously some of the most brilliant musicians on this planet. I want to be just like them. They are both sweet and talented and just everything that makes for perfect Disney magic. And on top of it, they are way too adorable for their own good!

Michael J. Fox, for overcoming everything he has, and still seeing his life as a gift. For being an inspiration and an amazing life lesson. And adorable. ^^
