I play in a bluegrass band called Straight Forward Bluegrass Band:

The present moment, [my thoughts, Sonya, my family, my ancestors, my deeds, the gravitational pull of the moon, the changing seasons, Jubal-Cain and those who followed after, regional music, ancient tones, honest tunes, Eadweard Muybridge, zoetropes and stereoscopes, the Millerites, the Amish, Rumspring, Thomas Hart Benton, Robert Parkeharrison, David Korten, meteors and comets, lots of other people and things,] and the ground I stand on.
I was born and raised in a little town called Cedar Lake right in the middle of the mitten. Left that sheltered niche a while back and found out some new things about life.
I have two beautiful daughters who continually amaze me with their creativity and wit. I'm married to the most wonderful woman I never expected to find and we're working on doing a good job raising our children. She brought two terrific boys to the family. We've been blessed and are fortunate to be where we are. I'm very thankful for all that I have.
April 12th: ISLAND Benefit Concert! at Shorts Brewing Company in Bellaire. 7 pm to midnight. This is a partnership with Earthwork Music to benefit ISLAND.
