Influences
Whilst I have my influences, I'm trying my best to escape them, and would rather not exacerbate things by creating comparisons. However, if you were to combine the musical styles of Tom Lehrer, Delta Goodrem, Rufus Wainwright, Amanda Palmer, and Ben Folds, and then divide it by the musical talent of Miley Cyrus and Russell Crowe, then you might come close. I also have a tendency to play Smiths covers once I've had a couple of glasses of red wine.

That's brave - from the warm bosom of Darwin, to this icy den. My heating has gone at home so I'm particularly bitter. Taylor Project isn't playing for another couple of weeks unfortunately. Surely there'll be general drinking and/or parties around , though - how long are you in town for? Liz.
