l'anno 2003 ed e' qui che comincia tutto, infatti Andrea Zappa che nasce e vive a Lecce decide diintraprendere la sua avventura estera cercando di esprimere le sue qualita' artistiche all' estero.
Noto come grande animatore e cantante in giro per i locali della sua regione si sente ristretto dall'ambiente che lo circonda ed e' grazie al supporto decisivo del suo fraterno amico Piero Buttazzo si riesce a realizzare il progetto che vede nelle doti canore di Andre' il sogno da realizzare.Infatti Andre' ha bisogno di lasciare l'Italia per capire che e' veramente il caso di credere nel sogno di imporsi nel mondo musicale e finalmente nella fatidica estate sopranominata Piero B riesce a convincerlo all'insegna del motto: " La vita e' una...si parte !!!! "
La scelta e' dura ed Andre' ne soffrre molto ma presto capira' che se da un lato la lontananza dalla sua famiglia e dalla sua citta' pesano, dall'altro pero' il successo inizia ad arrivare dapprima in Polonia, prima meta del mitico viaggio e poi in Bielorussia, Ungheria, Slovacchia, Austria ecc. Il progetto pero' e'quello di stabilirsi e creare qualcosa di permanente che vada oltre le sinole serate nelle varie nazioni non prive di soddisfazioni ma mancanti di continuita' vera e soprattutto di una casa ed un punto d'appoggio fisso dove creare musica nuova.
Si arriva dunque sempre nella mitica estate in Lituania ed e' qui che il progetto Andre' si stabilisce sulle rive del Baltico in quanto e' qui che nascera' la prima canzone in lituano di Andre' Zappa che decide di accettare l'incredibile sfida di proporsi al pubblico nella lingua locale (forse la piu' difficile al mondo con il cinese) cercando di trasmettere le emozioni che lui vorrebbe.
Tutto parte bene e "Mes negalim", il suo primo sigolo che e' subito in testa a tutte le classifiche in lituania.
Andre' inizia cosi' le sue contiune apparizioni tv e magazine in giro per tutta la nazione e piano piano inizia anche a parlare la lingua che fino ad allora aveva solo cantato.
Con il singolo "Amore Ciao", nasce la collaborazione con la Moove records , casa discografica mestrina che porta il singolo in questione nella compilation " Italia hits dance 2 " realizzata in Germania, Austria, Svizzera e Slovacchia .
E' solo il primo risultato perche' " Amore ciao " viene proposta in russo ( !! ) ed in Bielorussia raggiunge subito il top.
Andre' continua il suo lavoro in Lituania ed oltre ai talk show ecc., si coinvolge in progetti benefici per aiutare bambini e disabili collaborando per la fondazione del Presidente della Repubblica lituana dinanzi al quale si esibisce piu' volte.
Il tempo passa ma il lavoro continua ed arriva un'altro bel risultato nell'estate 2006, con l'entrata del sigolo di Andre' Zappa "Esta es la vida" nella colonna sonora del film di Jerry Cala' "Vita Smeralda ".
Ed in una di queste arriva la gran sorpresa che porta Andre' ad ottenere una parte nel film di produzione tedesca "Feuersprung" (Wiedemann & Berg filmproduction) diretto da Rainer Matsutani.
Nel film Andre' dimostra le sue innate qualita' di attore dimostrate sempre, ma mai in occasioni di grande risalto per il pubblico, ma questo e' sicuramente un'inizio piu' che prestigoso essendo questa una produzione gia' venduta gia' in oltre 28 Paesi.
Andre' in questo film ha avuto la possibilita' di recitare al fianco di attori famosi quali: Kristian Kaharmann, Stephan Luca e Jaymes Butler (Gladiator, Mission impossible 3, Resident evil, Eragan).
Un esperienza lunga ed entusiasmante dove Andre' ha dimostrato grande professionalita' e determinazione aprendo delle nuove prospettive future.
Arriviamo ai nostri giorni e tutto questo riassunto ci porta all' album uscito in Lituania a dicembre dove Andre' ha raccolto i successi degli anni passati trascorsi oltre frontiera in un cd che cerchera' di esprimere un lato allegro di lui, nascondendo mille malinconie per il proprio Salento
Non ultima la soddisfazione del premio come miglior video per l'anno 2006 in Lituania per la canzone "Ciao Bella ".
Andrè Zappa started his carrier in his native town, Lecce, but soon he realized that it was not the right place for him, and he decideded that the right way to make real his dreams was to go abroad. He felt constrained, not inspired.Actually Andre' didn't really want to live and the person who convinced him to take this important decision is Piero Buttazzo, member and line producer of this group. Piero , big travels' lover really believe in the possibility to make something with the Andre Zappa 's project out of the italian territory living as he always tells the " only one life " in a really special but also difficult way: " make success abroad,meeting new countries, new people, new traditions and so on ". So Andre' took the difficult decision to left Italy in the summer 2003 , destination? Poland. In Poland he didn't take a lot of time for reaching the notoriety. His natural singing skills and his carismatic personality bring him to be easily at the centre of the attention and an incontestable leader. He spent several time in Poland, singing in the best clubs of the country and visiting all the main towns, and appearing in few tv shows. In that period his thesaurus is made of popular Italian songs (artists like Ligabue, Vasco Rossi, Le Vibrazioni and so on) that he is able to rearrange in an incredible way. After 2 years he moved to Belarus. Here he followed a similar artistic road using in the best way his abilities and plus he learnt a bit of Russian. But his long travelling is not yet ended, he is still looking for his own dimension. A place where he can totally realize himself as artist and find a good environment in order to create his own music. He moved again, and this time the destination was Lithuania, the right choice. After a first period of acclimatization during which he learnt the Lithuanian, he started to cooperate with several Lithuanian artists becoming a new singer star of this show business. Andre' really felt in Lithuania as at home and he decided to start a really difficult project, proposing him self to audience as the Andre Zappa italian singing in lithuanian : strange but also interesting because Andre' didn' t know any word in this language but he really wanted to to this.The first song was really a great success " Mes negalim " lithuanian SEL group cover, rearrenged by the young talentive composer Alexander Jerochin.Andre' got immediatly simpaty between the people even if in the lithuanian show business not really everybody appreciate " the italian guy who sings lithuanian " .But for Andre' what's really important is the music and the people who like to listen his songs, adults, teenagers and children.In fact Andre' was also involved in many contests for charity and children , because his heart loves them as each uman, but for Andre' the word " child " is something more and from the day his brother 's daugther Giada got sick of cancer , he started to try to do all possible to help children and disable people situation.The second Andre Zappa step in Lithuania was rappresented from the single " Amore ciao " and this is the the cooperation beginning between Andre' and the italian label Moove records who believes in Andre' creations and immediatly comes the first big result, because the sigle " Amore ciao " is realyzed in the compilation " Italian dance hits 2 " in four countries : Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Slovakia .Andre' really believes that is possible to take in Europe " the made in Lithuania ", because according to him the country is full of big composing talents.Example of this is the song " Angeli senza ali " ( Angels without wings ) created with Geraldas Povilaitis .Andre' build more and more his life in Vilnius and in the last summer arrives another big result : in fact Andre' song " Esta es la vida " is part of the italian movie' s music " Vita smeralda " directed by the famous italian actor Jerry Cala'.In the same time " Amore ciao " russian version ( he sings also russian !!! ) is on the top's in Belarus where Andre' performed five concerts in the summer 2006.Another big result but for our Andre' is never enough and the way is still long and difficult, the job more hard day by day to learn more things and continue the dreams.But another dream comes true in the end of the last summer because Andre' get a part in the german movie Feuersprung ( Wiedemann and Berg film production ), directed by the director Rainer Matsutani.In this movie Andre' has the big possibility to show is acting qualities working close to very famous actors like Kristian Kaharmann, Stephan Luca and Jaymes Butler ( Resident evil, Gladiator, Mission impossible 3 , Eragon ecc. ).This big experience showed to Andre' is real identity , because he's not a siger, not only a performer , but the way he lives the stage make him the first actor of his songs.Andre' continues his project now day by day and after long preparation is ready the first album of 2 and more years of experience abroad, in fact he decides to collect all the best tracks in one cd that will rappresent him more than everything, but this is just a part of what he did, because the emotions change, the time goes fast but Andre' Zappa stays , observe an write each second a new emotion, a new day, a new life but he doen't want to change, but only comunicate what he feels deep inside to the people, trought the music, the words, the songs.Than we wait this album and soon the continuation of this long long story, but what we can tell right now is that Piero B. was right when he said : " Andre' ! we have to live , life is one !!!
