I'm a whitewater kayaker and yoga teacher. I love the outdoors and adventure and the quiet and pure focus of running whitewater. Me and my husband run Brushy Mountain Publishing, where we publish the whitewater guidebook, North Carolina Rivers and Creeks, the fly fishing guidebook, Western North Carolina Fly Guide, and a line of yoga videos.
