Welcome to the offical myspace profile of "Andy and The Enablers." I'm Andy. I play guitar. I also write and sing the songs. I have been playing in and around Nashville for 8 years playing with a lot of different people and experimenting with numerous musical styles. Recently I decided to try to boil it all down and take some of the key components of my favorite genres to form a sound that, while rooted in familiar, fundamentally rockin' ass shit, is unique and distictive.
It has been difficult for me to put a name on it. It's rock-a-billy, but not stricly. It's the blue's but not always. It's punk when it's not country, except for when its both. If you've got any suggestions, let me know.
Dan Pinson and Adam Brown are the guys that comprise the Enablers. A big part of what makes this band work is Dan's voracious appetite for musical creativity, and the locked and loaded beats from Adam's drums are crucial.
So if you're anywhere near Nashville keep and eye out for us. We always put on a hell of a show. If you can't get to one of our shows, just keep up with us on myspace until we can expand our territory. If you would like a copy of our EP, let me know.
