Andy Ball has [literally] been making noise around the Alaskan music scene for almost a decade going back to 1999 with the band he co-founded, Shurmen Steadfast. In a 4 year span, his music career went from three chord pop punk phenomenon to a 5 chord pop punk phenomenon. Here are the stats from 1999-2003.

The Present:
Currently Andy is in his South Anchorage Home Studio calling upon the wonders of his IMac G5 to create the next step in his rock and roll legacy with two projects slated for release in 2007. First off the production line will be a 5 song EP with three acoustic tracks, and the first two singles from the upcoming solo debut Album this fall. Also in the works is the mentioned full length album rumored to showcase over 17 songs Andy has written since his last release with Shurmen Steadfast.
The Future:
The remainder of 2007 is stacking up to be a busy, and rewarding year for Andy as he is looking forward to release 2 albums and adding band members to once again rock the state with a rad live show.
Be sure to get your hands on both the EP and Full Length album's, even if you have to burn a copy from your neighbor. In the upcoming weeks, check back here for more information on release dates, free downloads etc.
