I started making music at the age of 6,… when I got my first flute! A few years later I started playing clarinet wich gave me this specific kind of “breathing” in singing today. After some musical odysseys with bands like “Smokie” or “Shakin..Steven” I heard the KISS album “Dynasty” at the age of 10! Since then it was clear, that I want to become a Rock..n Roll musician! At the age of 14 I had my first band called LIGHTNING. Funny thing is, that originally I wanted to become a guitarist but after the first practising I got fired as a guitarist,..but hired as a singer as it “didn..t sound toooooo bad”,… ha ha! Anyway, since then I use,..or abuse microphones everywhere!
After many demo tapes and gigs, in 93 I joined already broken up IVANHOE, released 3 albums and went on several tours! In 98 I left the band to start something new: SYMPHORCE! After releasing the first album “Truth to promises” the BRAINSTORM guys asked me to join them as a permanent singer in the band. Since then I..m in studios and on the road everywhere around the world with both bands,…. managing BRAINSTORM and taking care of nearly most things in SYMPHORCE as well. Wow,… so time to relax now? No way,… it..s all in my veins!
So far, I would like to thank everyone out there so much for all your incredible support you gave us over all those years! It was and will always be a pleasure for me to go out and sing as good as possible for you! I will always bust my ass off to hear you scream! Sorry for some mistakes I've made in the past!
