No i don't do open mic/gigs although i would like to! I cant play any instruments :( So for that reason i have always looked for bands to join but it seems around this area nobody wants the girlie singers :O I just split with a band because things weren't working out musically.
Incase your looking i know of a lady who does open mic nights at The Crown Inn in Oakengates but iam not sure when they are doing it again it was every month.

Yeah the one song is a Nightwish song but the other is Crystal Gayle song, i want to show that i am versatile & can sing different songs & not just the ones i favour =D Ive still got alot to learn but iam enjoying singing at the moment so thats the most important thing!! And yes i know exactly how you feel about feeling ok & then lacking in confidence, happens to me all the time :( What can i say.. you know its what you wont to do so you just keep going =D
