About me:

I make music (that song you're listening to is me). I paint (some samples in my pics). I'm going to UC Davis working on a history degree and then a PhD. I write fiction and non-academic non-fiction too. I seek out the unusual and the underlying causes of things. I have a good sense of humor and find the surreal and dark particularly funny. I'm a bit of a hedonist but I have a good sense of ethics. I like people who have found the beat of their own drum and dance to it rather than huddle with the herd. I like comics, I write one called Invader. Issue 1 is in my pics section if you want to read it for free. Photobucket ;Photobucket

Who I'd like to meet:

Cute nerdy girls, harlots and trollops. Interesting folks. Philosophical partners in crime. Fans. Patrons. With today's internet based means of distributing art and entertainment the best model for surviving and providing your work to people is by putting it online for free and relying on fans to be good enough to send you some patronage. An artist with only 500 fans a month giving $4 of patronage will keep an artist alive, working and providing content. Cut out all the parasitic middle men who only compromise and censor art. Support the artist directly. Photobucket..

Durga manifests fearlessness and patience, and never loses her sense of humor, even during spiritual battles of epic proportion.
