Andy Paterson, guitar and piano; Graeme McGeoch, violin; Nicola West, cello.
Influences
There are so many it would take all night to list them, but a few to mention would be Steely Dan, Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen and The Blue Nile. I love piano based singer songwriters and anything moody and atmospheric that taps into into my romantic nature and tendency to wallow in melancholy. That said, everything from show tunes to Motorhead have had some kind of influence - I haven't really got a clue what my influences are (other than being easily influenced by others). Will that do?
Hi, I hope you are well . Ihave just added two original tracks to my page. 'Hold On' and 'Asking For More' . Would love your feedback on them. Much Love J Marie Cooper
Hey soundin good ;D good to hear some solo piano stuff :D Just uploaded 2 videos on my site if you are interested with more demo songs going up really soon :D
Thanks for the request Andy. I've listened to your songs a few times now and I'm really impressed. The very end of Crashing Down reminds me of Tom Traubert's Blues a wee bit! Cheers, Shammy Gee.
