I am 32,which I still sometimes can't believe. I always had this vision of what being in my 30s was supposed to be, and I certainly am not part of that juvenile idea (except when I haven't had enough coffee haha) Overall, I feel like I have accomplished a lot, with so much more to go. At 32, I have a career, a long-standing relationship, and plenty of people that love me. How do you measure success? I feel pretty successful thusfar. I am a teacher. I love being a teacher and I love my students, its like a being a den mother in an extremely dysfunctional family lol. I also help run my boyfriend's fence business (www.sentryfence.net --consider yourself spammed lol) I did his website myself, web design is a hobby of mine. I also designed my own myspace layout. (Is it purple enough for you??) I primarily use Myspace to check up on "my kids"--godchildren, nieces & nephews etc (that means you--Candace, Brandon, Foster, Roseann, Krystle and Alicia!!!)and to catch up with my old friends from school. I'm not looking to "hook up" (I'm practically married :p) so back off lol. My primary obsession in life is music. I used to play guitar and bass, but I haven't picked up either in like 5 years. My students have forced me to go back to my roots, and I rock out in my School Of Rock-esque music class daily, playing bass and assisting on guitar. Hopefully they'll go out on their own and become famous! I also use to dabble in art (mainly pastels.) For now, I satisfy my creative expression by doing web design and teaching.I especially love teaching music (though English is cool too.) I love kids and critters, and I am surrounded by lots (though all my kids are growing up) I love nature, I want to move to Vermont (perhaps when Ray retires.) I am extremely maternal, yet have no desire to give birth. My dog calls me Mommy. My cats may call me Mommy to my face, but I am convinced they call me a bitch behind my back! lol I am learning to crochet. My nerdish tendencies come out through reading and the internet. I am a gamer. Guitar Hero is as close to a rock star as I'll ever be. I am a supernerd lol--I'm pretty geeky, but have a good sense of humor. My secret ambition is to be a singer. >
