I'm a riddle in nine syllables,
An elephant, a ponderous house,
A melon strolling on two tendrils.
O red fruit, ivory, fine timbers!
This loaf's big with its yeasty rising.
Money's new-minted in this fat purse.
I'm a means, a stage, a cow in calf.
I've eaten a bag of green apples,
Boarded the train there's no getting off.
Born in Maryland, withstood puberty in Florida. Attended the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. Bachelor's in Anthropology from the University of Florida; I was idealistic and thought I'd be able to make money and support myself while digging up pot shards while continuing my education for 10 years for a PhD. Now I'm living in Ireland, raising a family instead. I do work for archaeological surveying from home as well as taking care of my daughter.
I'm also taking on private cake orders now, and will be documenting this little endeavor 'Boho Kitchen' on my food blog: http://bohemiancrunch.blogspot.com
Cormac and I had a beautiful daughter Jane Morgan (not to be confused with Captain Morgan, no relation) on July 21st, 2007. Also, I just had a wonderful home birth with my daughter Harper Jamie on October 31st, 2009 (yeah Halloween, lol, because its me). We practice attachment parenting-- breastfeeding, babywearing, and co-sleeping. Crunchy? Yes. I'm one granola bar away from no longer shaving me legs. Maybe not.

“They wrote in the old days that it is sweet and fitting to die for one’s country. But in a modern war there is nothing sweet nor fitting in your dying. You will die like a dog for no good reason.”
Ernest Hemingway
Who I'd like to meet: My doppleganger.
I'm on MySpace to keep in better touch with my friends while I'm living internationally, not to be hit on. Cheers. I'm a mommy for christsakes. Sorry kids.
