Everyone is sick around me due to the time/weather change. So I'm going to go to take airborne night time and go to bed early tonight. I'm also going to take it easy this weekend but train for the big walk next Sat.

Hi, I'm loving my new vision. My health is a lot better too. My cousins are visiting from London so I took some time off. It's been a lot of fun hanging out with them. They saw Britney Spears shopping today. Unfortunately, I was at jury duty. How are you? Back in London?

Thanks for the lovely comment! Hope you guys made it to Scotland. I just had Lasik surgery on Tuesday so I've been staying off the computers. It went really well and I recommend it to everyone. I'm also feeling much better, thanks to acupuncture and herbal medicine. :)
