About ANGELFELT-OPENING FOR HALESTORM & ADELITAS WAY
Angelfelt is one of the newest up and coming rock acts out of Utah today! And here is there story:
Brandon started ANGELFELT back in 2000 as a solo acoustic act. He played 4 years as a solo act before trying out musicians to make Angelfelt a full band in 2005. Brandon then released his first indie effort in the summer of 2006 just before getting married. The E.P. was called "The Best Is Yet To Come", consisting of 8 tracks. In 2007 Brandon started work on his first full length album "to see...OPEN". The debut full length album was finished in early 2008 consisting of 13 tracks.
Wade (bassist) joined the band in June of 2008. The bassist has played in a couple different bands before finally ending up with Angelfelt. Brandon & Wade hit it off almost instantly. Scott (drummer) played in a couple other local band as well. After seeing an ad for a drummer online,Scott joined Angelfelt in 2008. Together,Brandon,Wade & Scott have started writing new music for an early-mid 2009 E.P. release.
ANGELFELT has worked with some big local producers such as JOEL PACK (BROKE CITY),SKAUGHT PARRY (AYIN) & JAKE HAWS (MUSE MUSIC)
Angelfelt has opened for some of the biggest local & indie acts today such as RED,KILL HANNAH,Victim Effect,The New Nervous,Side Dish and MANY others! Angelfelt have been guests & have had there music played on Utah's rock radio station's X96 and KBER 101. Angelfelt was also featured in X96's Portia Early's article in SLC Weekly Magazine! Angelfelt's song "Fall For You" was featured on Maverik's Kickstart television show (www.maverik-kickstart.com) and have been guests on Park City's television show MOUNTAIN VIEWS. Angelfelt has also made public appearances playing at local Hot Topic stores.
