About me:
In 2006 Angel LaVey took her first steps into the Burlesque world. She took with her past experience from various performance disciplines; including drama, singing and dance training, and she put them to good use. Angel was noticed by some of the movers and shakers of the professional Burlesque scene and given further training, tips and pointers. Angel LaVey has chosen not to sit on what skills she has already gained, even to this day taking any opportunity to learn something new so that she can continuously up her game. Angel falls firmly into the category of story based performance; each act has a strong narrative that spells out to the audience what is happening. Whether that is the evil Queen from Snow White or a parody of a pop princess on a well known talent show. Angel LaVey is also a resident performer and singer at her own Burlesque club night, The Silk Stocking Striptease Show.

Two Head liners, One Show, Zero Excuses For Not Attending
The birthday party is over, we’ve just about recovered from one of the most exciting shows we’ve ever put on and already we’re bringing you the next quality slice of entertainment that is the Silk Stocking Striptease Show. How could we possibly follow our birthday show? How about we bring you two head liners in the form of Red Sarah and Trixee Sparkle.
The eighth Silk Stocking Striptease Show will take place on the 13th of June 2009 at the Flapper pub, Cambrian Wharf, Kingston Row, Birmingham B1 2NU. Advance tickets are available from our website for the bargain price of £7.50, visit www.birminghamburlesque.co.uk for details. Tickets will be available on the night at £9 each subject to availability. Doors open 7:30pm and the show starts 8:30pm.
