We welcome our newest Bangla Stadium Muay Thai Champion DJ Lambright (AKA Lakhai, Small Warrior). His former trainer's name is Tuk Rawai from the Rawai Muay Thai Training Camp in Phuket, Thailand. He is now in training at Angel's Gym and is available to train Muay Thai students privately.

We are a fighting gym that offers professional Instruction/Training in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing and Tai Chi/Yoga. The Gym has been a training site for Professional fighters such as Bone-Crusher Smith, Roberto Duran and Adam Sylvia (2002 IKF Amatuer North American Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion). There are 4 primary instructors and 2 assistant instructors. All of our primary instructors are certified or licensed in their field of expertise and have competitive or real-life experience in un-armed combat; moreover, all of the primary instructors have professional experience in the training of clients in the fields mentioned above.
Angels Gym is open Monday - Saturday and offers personal training to clients. Our fitness instruction is fitted to invite beginners to the Art of Boxing and Kickboxing and Yoga.
The competitive and fitness training is presented to the client as circuit training which is cardio/aerobic in nature. The sessions will not have you actually fighting another warrior except in realistic drills but the training will challenge you to bring the warrior (within) out of hiding. Angel's Gym fitness training is designed to burn 1000-1500 calories per 90-120 min. session. If you come to work we will definitively get you to achieve your goals. This means a minimum of six hours of training instruction per week and a willingness to allow us to push you to your limits. Even though you have no desire to compete you will still train as hard as any competitor when going through your conditioning drills. The result is that there will be significant physical, mental and attitudinal results at the end of 3-4 months.
Training is offered Mon-Fri (9 am to 9 pm) and Sat (9 am to 3 pm). "Group Boxing" Tuesday and Group Kickboxing Thursday classes start at 6pm-7:30pm. Saturday Yoga or Tai Chi classes start at 10:30am - 12 pm. All personal training is scheduled to fit the needs of the client.
