The fun me loves stimulating conversation, dancing, travelling, hanging out at Hellshire or Fort Clarence beach in Kingston, hiking, watching and dissecting movies to analyse and learn from different film directing styles.
I spent 18 years on a personal development, spiritual odyssey, during which time I sometimes facilitated an individual energy balancing three hour process called the Awakening and group workshops on Aligning with the Soul.
I'm into yoga.. used to fly as a Sidha a few years-seeming-aeons ago. I deal with bringing in New Energy now, spending lots of time deep breathing to remain as completely aligned with my Soul's desires and life purpose on a daily basis as possible, whilst constantly applying cutting-edge, divinity integration techniques to break thru lots of old, stuck Earth energy.
I write and publish a monthly online sometimes audio, Beyond-the-Mind, Soul-thrilling, Soul Alignment, life purpose, self help, spiritual growth newsletter, "Soul Self Help Insights".
One of my other passions is business development, especially small businesses that individuals can use to empower and transform their financial lives. There hasn't been a period in my adult life that I haven't been actively involved in some way to assist individuals or groups to establish their own businesses.
Since 2005, I've moved that passion to the internet and run an internet home business resource website committed to helping individuals start or expand their own profitable internet business.
