I am an adventurer and traveler at heart. The explorers throughout history always fascinated me. I always wanted to know what was down the next road, or around the bend. As a child and teenager, I used to wander down dirt roads or through the forest or walk the railroad tracks hoping to find some unusual new place or discover some hidden secret. I used to gaze at the stars and heavens and just wonder what was out there. I dreamt of reaching those stars someday, and thought that perhaps I would be an astronaut or an archaeologist. Ancient civilizations fascinate me.
My second most compelling interest is writing, stories, letters, journals and poetry.
