I have played with Sado-Nation, the Wipers, Sludge, Pat Smear and Sylvia Juncosa to name a few. After being musically dormant for almost 10 years I have recently finished “Cutting Heads” a seven song EP under the moniker “Anger Transfer”.
The “Cutting Heads” tracks were recorded in my apartment using a G3 laptop via the built-in microphone. The title “Cutting Heads” comes in part from the early 1900’s Bluesman tradition of setting up across the street from one another and then playing to see who could draw the biggest crowd. The title also describes a time in my life when many changes have occurred and are still occurring. My learning curve has been steep, playing all the instruments, doing vocals (which is an all-time first) programming and trying to figure out how in the hell “Live” works.
What’s next for these recordings is unknown. I may add them to some songs I am working on now and release them all together next year. I’ll also be switching around the songs on this space fairly often. Thanx - Chuck
