This thing I call Anglebrahd has changed quite a bit over the years. It started off as a highschool kid with an acoustic guitar and enough angst to fill 50 Myspaces. I'm not entirely sure how to classify myself right now. The term "indie-electronica" has been so used and abused over the last few years that I hesitate to use it. Basically, my shows include me, my guitar, my laptop, 2 gameboys, 2 modified casio keyboards from the 80's, and basically whatever I can find that makes a cool noise. Over the past 6 months I've been fascinated with the 8-bit music scene and have been experimenting with ways to integrate the video game systems of my youth into my music. I have a special place in my heart for the soundtracks to Kirby's Dreamland and Link's Awakening. So this is me. The songs on here capture one aspect of my sound, but it's hard to capture the live sound with so many nostalgic bleeps and bloops flying through the air. I hope you enjoy!
