What is the Anger Diary? It's YOUR fault. You do stupid things, and then I'm forced to call you out.
Pay a therapist? Hell no ... journal in my Anger Diary! Relationships, current events, pretty much every trip to Wal-Mart, and anything else that drives me nuts.
New audio is available every week on Angry Tuesday, as well as blog snippets whenever the anger mood strikes. You can also download classic Anger Diary entries from Angry Zack's MySpace store. Did I mention I need the money for an "operation" or something?
And just a tip ... if you don't enjoy the Anger Diary, it probably means you're the one in it.
i just have to say, i went into my local gas station last week and the clerk was on his phone. he didn't stop his converstaion even long enough to ask me what i needed behind the counter. eventually i just offered up...i need a pack of camel lights please. he continued his conversation throughout the entire transaction which included references to his use of illegal drugs and what i can only assume is his mental illness by talking about how manic he felt. what happened to customer service? and please i don't want to know what happened to you last night while you were wasted...just give me my crap and let me get outta your store. and for now diary i say good-bye.
