Anguish was started in 1996 by club promoter/D.j. JACKAL with the assistence of Female vocalist Nine. The band has played many show's in the bay area< list available upon request> was put in the movie "Sex Death and Eyeliner" was on a compilation c.d. titled "Me & my dead Friends" release by the promoters of "Backlash" in 1999 and has gotten club play in the local bay area Gothic and industrial clubs. C&P in 1997 for the first full length c.d. titled "Unscathed"on Shockwaves Pro. The band has seen many members and during the next 2 years came out with a second c.d. titled "Scathed" released 1999 C&P. We are in the process of making c.d. number 3. Being released simply as ANGUISH. The feel of this next c.d. will embody more of the e.b.m styling's of Frontline Assembly, Assemblage 23, VNV Nation, Depeche Mode, etc... yet still have the 80's feel. We hope you can feel your ANGUISH!
