    .......... .... .. .. .. .. .. .. .................. My name is Charles Morris, "Angus Danu" is the name we use for the band. I mainly write for other local Nashville artists. Born in eastern North Carolina and living most of my life in east Tennessee before moving to Nashville, I have strong southern roots. I lived in Ukraine for over a year, and visited much of eastern Europe. I have also lived in Kentucky and South Carolina, and I've worked in Michigan and California. I've been influenced by many different styles of music and I write what I feel like writing, not necessarily what I think might be popular. I write from the depths of my soul, and even when a story isn't my own, I put myself in that frame of mind and imagine what it must be like to experience what I sing. Hopefully you'll enjoy my musings, or at least relate to them. You can purchase my debut album, "Believe Again" at iTunes, CD Baby, Napster, Amazon, and Lala.
