About me:
.. .. A Night At The Hop is an irregular event that takes place every couple of months or so at the British Crown Hotel located at 14-18 Smith St in Collingwood, Melbourne.Scooterhead scooter club are your hosts for the evening.
The mainstay of the night is original reggae in all it's forms peppered with northern soul, power pop and other goodies.
It's a place to get suited and booted and dance!
There is a regular roster of DJ's and a great wellspring of guest DJ's to keep things interesting.
A normal Night At The Hop sees the dancefloor littered with skinheads, mods, rudies and just out and out fans of good music.
It has a friendly, intimate atmosphere which keeps people coming back for more.
