About me:
Hi I made this page because I love animals and support people who fight for animal rights. I am eighteen years old and currently going to school to become a Veterinary Technician. I recently adopted three adorable rats. I have one rabbit, 2 hamsters and fish. Unfortunately I am not able to have a dog right now but sometime in the future I will adopt a pittbull. The reason I want to adopt a pittbull is because I think they are wonderful dogs that people don't treat fairly. Most people see them as vicious and mean dogs. Recently one of our dogs from my program which was a pittbull was brought back to the shelter she came from. She was put to sleep because she bit someone at the shelter. It broke my heart to pieces knowing how badly i wanted to adopt her, couldn't and if i did then she wouldn't be dead. It also breaks my heart seeing people hurt animals and not treat them kindly. If you own a animal you should feel lucky because animals are amazing and will love you forever. You need to wake up and realize that animals are on earth for a reason and definetly not to be treated with disrespect.
I hate people who breed.
Im sorry i do, dont try to argue with me about it or give me your point of view. I dont want to hear about stupid excuses about exceptions to breeding, such as "well you need a specific breed for search and rescue". Well guess what all over this country there is ANY kind of breed you are looking for in shelters. There is absolutly no reason why people should breed when the dogs/cats people are buying from breeders could just as easily be adopted from shelter. The animals will love you even more because every animal that is staying at a sheler is scared and lonley. They will love you until they die becauset they will always know who gave them a second chance. The ones that are bough from breeders well their owners obviously have a lot of money and they get spolied rotten. How can somebody spend a thousand dollars on one dog when you can save so many with that amount of money???While in shelters animals are being put to sleep because we dont have money for them or a few bucks to save them. If you want to breed then I feel sorry for you because most of the animals you breed and get to buy that nice watch off of, well they will more then likely end up in a shelter and gas chamber. Here look for yourself.

Okay... I have just learned that I can Western Union them the funds!! They would need to be picked up between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday they have their spay/neuter in the early morning. We Don't even need a "bail poster" ALL WE NEED IS THE FUNDS, and a TRANSPORT for THURSDAY! Please everyone, this is a very easy way to go about dealing with a shelter. Most accept no other payment than cash, so Western Union looks like a god send. LET'S AIM FOR SAVING at least 4 of them. That is $240.00... If everyone on my friends list sent $5.00, we could save all of them! These are smaller dogs, so it is going to be an easier transport. I cannot transport during the week because I have young children. If it was closer it wouldn't be an issue........ but we have until WEDNESDAY NIGHT TO PLAN HOW WE ARE GOING TO TRANSPORT THESE FELLAS! Fosters will not be an issue!!! PLEASE EVERYONE... ONCE AGAIN... WE CAN SAVE THESE GUYS!!! It takes everyone to make things happen when the babies are so far away.
