The most important things in my life is my sweet little boy and my passion for animals, mostly dogs...mostly pit bull breeds. I believe in respecting other living things~ I dont buy anything that is tested on animals or has any animal ingredients. I do not wear animals. I do not eat them anymore either, and I am healthier physically, and emotionally. Im not perfect.. I am still learning everyday. Exploiting animals is one of the ugliest, ignorant, and most destructive things we humans can do not only to the animals, but to our own health, the environment, and the health of the earth itself. ********** COEXIST RESPECTFULLY ********** I am a Representative for Almost Home rescue, we do Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Bully Education. I am a supporter of any group that rescues dogs from chains and pens and encourages people to not chain or pen up their dogs in a backyard. There are so many dogs on chains and left cold in pens alone. They need your help!! We rescue and rehabilitate chained and penned dogs, adopt them into the right loving homes and educate people as to why it is cruel to put a dog alone in a backyard in the first place. We here at Almost Home also help dogs confined to chains or pens but also help strays, owner released dogs, and ferral dogs. We are focused on dogs in any situation where they are unwanted or uncared for. We are there to help in any way we are able! We do work mostly with bully breeds (Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Dogo Argentinos, Mastiffs, and Rotweilers and all mixes). We are dedicated to public EDUCATION on bullies. Helping owners to understand the breed the have and how to care for them properly is PREVENTION and ensures responsible ownership. And their dog can be a good representative of their breed! Educating the public that pit bulls are NOT HUMAN AGGRESSIVE is important. The only bullies, or any dogs for that matter, that are human aggressive are dogs who have been trained by humans to be that way or if they are inbred too much and are unstable. We also support Canine Advocates of Ohio and Dogs Deserve Better. Please go to their website and check them out!! We love bullies! We are usually full so we do not take in many owner releases unless they are chained and they are of good temperment and only if we have a room. There is usually a waiting list. We do not adopt out any human aggressive bullies. (There are very few of those out there.) Most are just in need of exercize, socialization, and need to be wiht their pack and not outside alone..ITS THAT SIMPLE!! I don't like.............PETAS ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE ON PIT BULL BREEDS (I do support the fight against animal abuse and they do a great job fighting against dog fur trade in china and fur farms and factory farms which I wholeheartedly support, but they are totally ignorant to say all pit bulls should die!)....mean people.... fake people...... TAILGATERS MAKE ME INSANE.... hearing people whine..... sleeping without a fan.... unannounced visitors........ hair in my soup... tangled stuff.... any kind of racket.... miscellaneous debris in my eye........ roaches (I will smash you becasue I fear you!)..... palmetto bugs .....people who lie and create stories because they have nothing better to do......... I LOATHE LIARS................. fearless jumping spiders ( I wont smash you becasue I am afraid to get that close..I run...You win.)..... doing dishes (Ill be eating my soup out of a pan with a spatula.)..... thieves (get your own crap!)..... I also dont like.......... when i dont get *it* and everyone thinks I should (pretentious jerkoffs)............ .....feeling paranoid or antsy.... seedy people..... uncompassionatte people..... selfishness.... people who tie their dogs up on chains or keep them in cages or pens..... ....pretentious people..........laziness (stop breathing my air, loser!)..... garbage on the side of the road.... frayed edges..... poison ivy (ouch)............ people who spit alot (bleh!).... screetchy noises..... hospitals... old people driving SUV's .... chewing with your mouth open ...... licking your fingers (germs! agh!).... slurpy eaters............... .... decietfulness(stop sneakin'!).... people who pick at themselves....... people who are aware of problems and do nothing to change them........... .. ..
