Anja, I'm amazed by your work - its incredible how much your work has changed and I'm glad that art is such a big part of your life. I'm gonna be at Penland again this summer, let's try to do a better job of hanging out then - you should consider applying for a residency there after your apprenticeship is over, the ceramic aesthetic of that place needs to evolve. also a big pottery conference is happening in philly next year, its called nceca and its always a great time (though really expensive).

I've had the glasses since July but don't have many pictures of me wearing them yet. I love them! Rob came with me to the eye doctor and I tried on lots of styles but we kept coming back to those. They are Kenneth Cole Reaction brand.

Plus the photo is actually a good one of me! Hahaha.

How are you? Did you celebrate the New Year in any particular way?

We hosted a party at our apartment with a small group of friends.

Hey! Rob asked me to marry him. Super exciting. We are still running our graphic design company. Rob is doing it full time.

I miss you as usual and can't wait for the day when we cross paths again.

ich hab eigentlich bildhauen studiert und hatte da schon viel kontakt mit ton,tja und letztes jahr hab ich in nen ofen investiert,lern mir den rest selbst und bin fasciniert von allen moeglichkeiten...aber ne toepferlehre haette mir auch wohl gefallen...wuensch dir dabei jeden falls viel erfolg, vielleicht werd ich dich mal mit n paar vragen 'ueberfallen' wenns bei meiner selbststudie hapert :)

anja!! i miss you. i don't think bryan and i are going to make it down to asheville. :( it makes me sad. it's too far and we don't have the money. any chance you'll make it back here before germany? i'm making mental plans to visit you sometime in the next year.

Moin, wollte Silvester eigentlich mit Jana in die Köpi weil wenn die die echt platt machen dann muss ich auf jeden Fall Silvestern da hin...für Barcelona hätte ich sowieso keine Kohle weil ich die für London nächstes Jahr brauch und frei kriegen tu ich leider auch nicht :-(
