Books
The Mouse and His Child - a children's book about wandering wind-up toys (I read it during a graduate seminar on existentialism and it was really mind-blowing!)
The Tassajara cookbooks - for both the recipes and food-philosophy, Big coffee-table books with lots of pictures (my current favorite one is about trees), I usually rotate from reading a nutrition book to another "serious" book, and then an entertaining book just for fun. Presently I'm reading "Not in Kansas Anymore" interviews with some non-conformist people around the country. Next up is "Why Some Like It Hot - Food, Genes, and Cultural Diversity."

About me: Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow." M.A. Radmacher
