From a lovely little town just North of Liverpool, just South of Southport mostly famous for its red squirrels and the beach...Now based in the heart of the East End of London, amidst vintage shops and wine bars with leather sofas....living the dream - supposedly! Since completing a Bmus at Goldsmiths University, Anna is gigging extensively as a SingerPianist all over London. With a repertoire of over 5 hours of music, there are few songs she can't, or at least attempt, to play. She regularly performs at corporate functions and events across the country in with various musicians. She writes from observation of life...and from performing in piano bars 3 nights per week to a less than focused audience.This time is used perfectly to experiment with musical and vocal ideas, creating a truly unique style. The promotion of her original tracks is Anna's main focus for 2008 and further involvment in songwriting collaborations and creative projects.
She enjoys every performance setting, be it background music to far more focused audience situations. She will take requests, no matter how challenging and her sultry, mellow sound is perfect for any adaptation of any song.
