I came to terms a long time ago that writing sad songs is my calling. I don't have James Taylor's "You've Got a Friend in Me" within my capabilities. That doesn't stop me from attempting to write the occasional happy tune.
The rundown on my musical endeavors thus far: I've been writing songs for a really long time then I picked up the guitar and things went from there.
I'm always up for playing coffeehouses, restaurants, house get-togethers colleges, etc. just send me a message. I will play you an original over a cover song ANY day of the week.
I have a 5 song EP available consisting of "From an argument," "Pirate," "Good Qualities," "Sleep" and "7 Versions." It's $4 for purchase via my guitar case to your hand at shows (complete with a little original artwork from yours truly).
And, I plan to have it available on CDbaby or perhaps iTunes.

i've been good. i've been tryin to play more. i've been writing more challenging stuff lately, trying to mix it up. i've also been recording with my friend mckinley and i hope to put out my cd sometime soon. we finished three tracks yesterday and there will be 13 in total :) i'm really excited. it sounds substantially better than my recordings on here
hey how have you been? have you ever thought of playing a show at that outside amphitheater at WU? i'm determined to play a completely acoustic set there next year, even if no one comes to see me :)

I am glad you like the new recording. I played guitar, bass, and sang on it. I had a friend and former band mate play the drums.
I am in the process of recording my first full length album right now. I should have it done in a couple of weeks. I am really going to look into getting it pressed and get my resume going.

I don't understand politics very much but I do like writing :) she says you're very nice too and she liked going to the town hall meeting with you. i'm doing good. i'm really wanting to play some shows, but sadly, i've been busy with marching band and i'll be pretty booked up until after october. the basement invited me to play some shows, but i had to turn them down :/
