sorry i didn't come yesterday! i have a new craft and everything. i just thought that i would get all the errands done i needed while it was still warm out.
I know I am full of excuses, but this one is totes legit. I've been meaning to update the AACS on this for a while, since Hobbes is the closest we have to a mascot.
Hobbes had to have surgery 2 weeks ago to fix a slipped disc in his neck that was compressing his spinal cord and keeping him from using his legs. In fact, it was an awful ordeal where he woke up yelping and then his legs didn't work. He is recovering well - the doctors weren't sure he'd be able to walk again, but in the past couple of days he's been tumbling around.
But I can't leave him for very long - but in another week or so he's allowed to start moving more, so if we met somewhere he was welcome I could bring him with me.
I miss ya, A2CS. I unfortunately am feeling a bit funky today (I think in some way I am still recovering from finishing undergrad), but I am looking forward to coming next time when I'm living closer by and won't have to rely on the crappy Sunday bus schedule. Sorry for the flakiness! <333
Uhhhh oops sorry i didn't think i saw the meeting time in the usual spot. DUHHHHhh well if this was facebook i could delete it but i cannot. Same junk holds up though that i am wondering if crafters wanna go to the Heritage Festival.

i'm sorry i haven't been able to make it lately. i quit dollar castle because they are awful people and were only giving me 10 hours a week anyway and srsly MOST DEPRESSING JOB EVER. /job experiment.
