Hey Anna! I just into the UK two days ago-currently at edinburgh living in a flat with some other young people should be fun! You going to be here for th festival by any chance!?
you, your grace wanders each subtle life-note each word each gentle phrase in rise and fall as morning song windows open your soul each breathless call reaches higher praise your life emerges as starlit diamonds from fiery coal anvil struck forged in trials with faith and hope you spark you soar
Thanks hon. I am feeling better today - my head felt like it was going to explode yesterday. I got upset when Niall came in as he is just SO nice, it tipped me over the edge! Have a great weekend, see you on tuesday. xxx
Thank you so much for adding me to your list of friends, i really do appreciate it. I am such a fan of the whole folk scene, here in the states and abroad. To me, it seems as if the soul of humanity is embodied within the natural style of voice and instrument when sung with the kind of passion as you so skillfully do. I love your song “Crystallised Sand” – the gentle beginning which builds powerfully upon lyric and instrumentation , very evocative as is Starlight. But i am really drawn to your demo “weep with me” which feels like a hymn of the heart, softly reaching for peace. You have a wonderful sound, peacefully powerful and a lovely singing voice as well.
Anna!! How lovely to hear from you. It would be great to make it to Manchester when we're over yonder. I would love to meet Sam and maybe even hear your band play! We'll be in the UK sometime next year (maybe around April-ish), so I'll keep you posted. Yay.
