About me:

A little about me... Born in 80, so that makes me a ripe age of 28. I try to remember that I'm still young and must enjoy these firm, fun, and energetic years while they last. HAHA! IF YOU ONLY KNEW! I really try to appreciate all that i have in my life. I know that I'm a lucky girl and have a lot. It doesn't mean that i kiss the dirt everytime I walk outside, but i do enjoy it when it rains and waters the flowers. I love my family and friends that have stood by me through my day to day life, which isn't always a cake walk. I'm living with JRA which is a form of arthritis. I've been having a few surgeries in the past year and a half or so (4 so far). I think I have finally seen the last of the O.R. for a little while at least as they seem to think that they have my right hand and wrist under control. I work for a fine dining establishment on the east side of the lake, which my uncle started many years ago and has gained a pretty good reputation through the years. I set the dining room there and i really do enjoy it after 3 1/2 years. I met my sweetheart of 3 years, Jason, there where he was cooking. We began dating about 6 months after I started there and I seriously never imagined that love was possible or as great as he has made me believe. That may sound corney, but he really is a cool guy. I have a few hobbies. Some of them include... pets- I have a few fish that live with me in Seattle. Jason has a saltwater reef tank, and i have a freshwater tank with tetras and a few other little guys. My parents have Porkie, a pot-bellied pig of 14 years old. She is such a sweetie, but she likes who she likes and tells you when she doesn't like you! I also have two beautiful black kitties that live with mom and dad back home. I can't have them live with us because J has a kitty allergy... plants- i have discovered orchids! I bought another today... I have a total of 3. all of them are the beginner types. I have two dendrobium and oneoncidum. Two of the three are in bloom, and the one I bought today is full of buds but not yet blooming. I did a little research online to what it will bloom to be and I am so excited about it, it's going to be so pretty. It's called thongchai gold if any of you would like to look that up on google or whatever. sports- I am a sports junkie. I absolutly love baseball, the purest sport that was ever invented. I also enjoy basketball and football. Seattle sports are what i follow, boring i know, but what the hell, i'm a local girl! So shut-up! jewels- i love jewels and jewelry. I would love to be surrounded by jewels all day long. I also am interested in going to gemology school and learn all about em. Eventually i think i would like to design or at least work in a little shop somewhere. There is just something about the stones that come from the earth all rough, can get polished up and faceted to shine and have the fire that is just stunning. Like baseball, jewels are pure.
