Annette Campagne

Originally from Saskatchewan, this singer-songwriter has worked with groups Folle Avoine and Hart Rouge. Singing in both French and English with her brother and sisters, this adventure spans more than ten years and boasts an impressive list of accomplishments: six albums, several radio hits and many tours across Canada, Europe and the United States.

Fifteen years and many interesting projects later, Annette chose to embark on a solo career and released “Sauter de Haut” with Zero Musique records in 1997. In all, combined sales for Annette’s work with Hart Rouge and her solo career exceed 65,000 units sold in Quebec and across Canada.

Those who will discover her might wonder why they have never heard of her, and those who know of her will recognise her trademark writing style and the earthy tones of her new album ‘You gotta laugh”. Ten beautifully crafted folk/rock songs written and composed by “Annette” and brought to life with the help of producer don db benedictson (six time Juno award nominee and Western Canadian Music Awards nominee for “producer of the year”)
