.......... ....................real..editor....best profile tools................real..editor....best profile tools.................................. .................. ................................................................................................... ..................................................................................................................... one can have the most lovely time traveling with musicians. first of all, there are lots of fruit baskets. next, you'd find that the sturdiest forts can be made out of merchandise tables, in which you can make your own business appraising people shoes for imaginary customers. and if you are lucky enough to be under 4 feet tall, you can get in a good nap in a guitar case backstage, if you are not with a enthusiastic nanny who takes an unexpected and wonderful liking to your toy dinosaurs. i grew up a musicians' and artists child. my father is a walking musicbox and my mother has a whole drawer full of birds wings. weird. they are wonderful people. perhaps the best people on earth. i recorded my first cd when i was 18. if you'd like to hear it, you certainly may, but i don't recommend it. after having a plummy 19 years with my family, i married jake. jake is alarmingly cool. and i am alarmingly inlove. my songwriting changed quite dramatically when i married him. friends say that it is happier and better. i say that they are right. my second cd, "when the kings and queens have gone" contains 11 songs that mostly center on love, or on thoughts about growing up. (i have been doing a bit of growing up lately, and it's a little strange.) i'm recording my third album next month, in with a killer-awesome team in a killer-awesome studio in boulder. i'm looking forward to an adventure-filled summer of recording and touring full-time for the first time ever. and, for one last fact, i have an uncanny talent for losing things and for locking myself out of places. so i have a million tubes of chapstick and know how to break and enter with a credit card. while behind a guitar i can do neither of these things, which is reason number 89 for me to pursue music. happy listening.....

Hearing Creme de la Creme stimulated me to say your voice and music are the mockingbird's songs and the plains' sunsets. Thanks for creating and keep up the good work, Annie!
