Welcome to my MySpace page!!! I am a huge Drake Hogestyn fan. I, along with all of his fans said goodbye to his character John Black. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I look forward though, to whatever he chooses to do. I loved John and it hurts to say goodby to him, but I am a Drake fan first, foremost and forever. Thank you Drake for 23 years of watching one of the most fasinating, exciting, passionate, loving, adventurous and verstatile characters ever. Did I say sexy?

Drake Hogestyn who played John Black on days of lour lives soap opera is my favorite Male Star. I loved John with Diana, whoever he was cast with. I especially loved him with Kristian Alfonso, who plays Hope. I like her with Bo but think she and John really worked well together. I especially liked it when they had their jungle adventure.

February 17, 2009, I returned home from my colon cancer surgeryon February 10, 2009. Dr. John Paul Gonzalvo removed 12 inches of colon and the growth. I am now a Colon Cancer Survivor.

I have had to say goodbye to several family members n close friends because of CANCER, and two brother-in-laws to PANCREATIC CANCER. I also have a nephew who is a Pancreatic Cancer Survivor. He was diagnosed in summer of 1988. Prayers for all touched by the Big C.

Worshipping our Lord and Creator, at Calvary Episcopal Church on Indian Rocks Beach, 5 miles from us, read, listen to music, ride my bike, walk, be on the computer and be with my family and close friends. Thanks and I took a long nap this afternoon. lol! I noticed that one of the outdoor cats is sick. I think he has a respiratory infection, his nose is running and he has a horrible cough...and of course, I couldn't find him this morning when I was going to take him to the vet. I did go there and pick up some antibiotics and I can give him some drops when I see him again. Poor thing, my dad and I got 4 ticks off of him last night! Hope everything is going good there in beautiful Florida! Felix and I are fine! My Felix has his ups and downs, but he usually recuperates in a couple of days, so I don't worry! He's my buddy! My daughter sent me a picture the other day of a beautiful schnauzer that belongs to her friend in Arizona. Really cute dog.
I see you are heading to Indiana in the not-too-distant future. Have fun! I've been to Indiana once, my mother's sister lives in Linton, Indiana. It's been so long, over 20 years, I'm sure things have changed a bit since then!
Hi, Sorry I haven't written you lately. I had to go to Louisville for a funeral..my sister's father-in-law passed away suddenly; so sad. I'm house sitting for one of my brother's while he and his family are on vacation also, which is keeping me busy; watering the flowers and vegetable garden and the dog and the many cats (3 indoor, plus a momma cat and 6 kittens in the basement and 4 outdoor cats, whew! :p I hope you, Jim and Paco are doing well and I'll write again soon!
