Anni Krueger was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa where she developed a gift for performance by participating in school plays, talent shows, and numerous city and school choirs. She took piano lessons and studied dance throughout her entire childhood. The musical score for her life at home spanned a range of artists and genres as limitless as the dreams she harbored of being a performer. Lucky for today’s connoisseur of music, she chose singing for her final musical pursuits... for now, anyways.
At the young age of 18, and just hours after her high school gradutation, she packed up and moved out east to further persue her music career. Since coming to New York, Anni has been honored to work with many accomplished artists including David Sancious (Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Aretha Franklin), Shannon Jones (Bad Boy Records), Josh Eppard (Weerd Science), Joey Eppard (3), Roman Klun (Sarah McLaughlin), Tony Dofat (Mary J. Blige, Sean "P Diddy" Combs), Jerry Marotta (Indigo Girls, Elvis Costello), Bryan Andrews, and Daniel Grimsland (3, Rhett Miller)
She has also had the pleasure of contributing to records with the following talented musicians: Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel), and Steve Gadd (Paul Simon, James Taylor, Art Garfunkel).
Currently, Anni is performing in the New York area with the Roman Klun Band which features Tony Levin (bass), Aaron Comess (drums), Daniel A. Weiss (B3/boards), and Andrew Carillo (guitar).
