About me:
I'm a trained chef, but mainly I'm just an avid foodie. I cook it, write about it, eat it (frequently and omnivorously), photograph it, blog about it, dream about it, grow it, and edit books about it. I just got my first cookbook published and now I'm spreading the gospel of Hands-Off Cooking to the world.
It's low-supervision, high-flavor food. Just put it all on the stove or in the oven and do something else while it cooks. Just make sure to set a timer!
