'ANOMALY' is proud to present the release of their third EP - the SPEEDBALL EP! This instalment of Jungle Tekno madness includes two very contrasting tracks by Anomaly stalwarts “Lethal” and “Requiem”.
ANM003-A: Lethal - Speedball
Going from strength to strength with each release, Lethal’s latest track ‘Speedball’ is no exception, and is what can only be described as a sub-bass monster of epic proportions. Incorporating the meanest of basslines and the lowest of frequencies, with an infectious riff, heavy drum breaks and dark tear-out hoovers, ‘Speedball’ will desecrate any dance floor sending crowds into a frenzy.
ANM003-B: Requiem - Fear Factor
Successfully recapturing the old-skool Jungle Tekno vibe in style and bringing it up-to-date for a modern audience, Requiem’s latest track ‘Fear Factor’ is nothing short of a masterpiece. Combining funky rolling breaks layered over slamming kick drums, rave stabs, gorgeous atmospheric pads and smooth piano chords, this track is set to get the energy on any dance floor flowing.
Australia's first Jungle Tekno label, 'ANOMALY' is proud to present the release of their second EP - the PARALLEL VIBES EP! Based on the success of their debut EP, this new EP sees “Kranky & Lethal” joined by the label’s newest artist “Requiem” to bring you two killer Jungle Tekno tunes which are set to tear up the dancefloor.
ANM002-A: Kranky & Lethal - Parallel Universe
Kranky & Lethal’s latest track, ‘Parallel Universe’ is quite simply a punchy, haunting and energetic trip into another reality. Combining slamming kicks, rolling modern drum breaks, tearing hoovers, rave stabs, a heavy bassline and eerie vocals, this track will cause carnage on any dancefloor and transport audiences to an alternate world.
ANM002-B: Requiem - Badman Vibes
Recapturing the Jungle vibe, Requiem’s first track on the Anomaly label, ‘Badman Vibes’ is set to cause a stir for both old and new audiences. Bringing together tough drum breaks, sinister sounding synths, heavy hitting sub-bass, atmospheric strings, and an old skool jungle vibe, this tune is nothing short of a big bad and heavy dancefloor monster - proving Requiem is indeed a 21st century badman.
Australia's first Jungle Tekno label, 'ANOMALY' is proud to present the release of their fresh sounding debut EP - the REFLECTION EP! Bringing the J-Tek sounds from Down Under, this EP sees up-and-coming producer Kranky joining forces with veteran Lethal (aka Stu Chapman of hardcore breaks duo 'Stu & Nee') to bring you two very contrasting tracks, which are both sure to get the dancefloor moving with a uniquely Aussie vibe.
ANM001-A: Kranky & Lethal - Reflection
‘Reflection’ is a big atmospheric roller, that's guaranteed to bring smiles to faces on the dancefloor. With an infectious bassline, sweeping pads, soothing sax licks, and punchy modern drum breaks, this track is all about taking the crowd on a voyage they won't forget. Reminiscent of mid-90s ambient jungle sounds, this track brings those sounds up-to-date with a modern twist.
ANM001-B: Kranky & Lethal - Unstoppable
In complete contrast to 'Reflection', 'Unstoppable' takes the crowd on a much darker journey. Combining heavy modern drum breaks at a relaxed tempo, dark synths, heavy sub-bass, eerie strings, and half-speed almost dubstep-like drum edits, 'Unstoppable' is guaranteed to make an impact that crowds will remember as the highlight of any set.
Anomaly is Australia's first J-Tek (Jungle Tekno) music label. Bringing the J-Tek sounds from Down Under, Anomaly brings you fresh new Jungle Tekno with a uniquely Aussie vibe.
J-Tek takes us to a classic age of electronic music (1992-1994) that was short-lived, but full of energy. J-Tek serves as a bridge between the ideas of the past and the engineering of the future, and the 140-150 bpm tempo provides crossover ability with other dance genres.
Anomaly releases are currently being supported by DJs the likes of: Tango & Ratty (UK), Pilgrim (UK), Doc S Gachet (UK), Secret Society (UK), Outrage (UK), Madcap (UK), Glenn Aston (UK), Mulder (UK), AST (UK), JayTee (UK), Vinyl Junkie (UK), Requiem (UK), JRampage (UK), Evil (NZ), DJ Firefly (NZ), FlekC (NZ), Organikismness (NZ), Kranky (AUS), Lethal (AUS), and many more...

====== In the beginning there was Jack. And Jack had a groove. And from this groove came the groove of all grooves. And while one day viciously throwing down on his box Jack boldly declared "Let there be house!" And house music was born. I am the creator and this is my house and in my house there is only house music....... "MR Fingers"
